I use instruments including Paiste gongs, crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, Native American Style flutes and percussion, creating complex sound vibrations which help your body to resonate at a more optimal healthy frequency.Gong Baths can relax the brain and the nervous system allowing your body to process the release of stress and fatigue. They can ease physical pain by activating the body’s self-healing abilities. The sound vibrations can help your body detoxify cells.
