Brunch à Volonté returns, our take on the classic bottomless brunch, done the French way: effortlessly chic, endlessly flowing, and absolutely unforgettable.

Settle in at Claribeaux’s elegant surrounds for a curated four-course brunch, crafted by our chefs to showcase the best of seasonal flavours with a nod to French indulgence. Each dish is designed to pair beautifully with the real star of the morning: A symphony of free-flowing champagne and cocktails that will elevate every bite, sip, and moment.
