About the Exhibition
Presented by the ENMU Runnels Gallery, K through ENMU is an annual spring event celebrating art education and the achievements of art students. The juried exhibition is free to enter and open to public, private, or homeschooled students in kindergarten through their senior year of high school.
In 2025, we are pleased to present just over 100 selections of artwork for inclusion in the exhibition. The gallery received numerous submissions from schools and individuals from across the region.
A
ll media types were welcome. Artwork must be original, completed within three years of the entry deadline, and may not have been previously shown at the Runnels Gallery.
Each division was evaluated for first, second, and third place awards, and a Best of Show was selected from all submissions.
Elementary Division (kindergarten–fourth grade)
Junior High School Division (fifth–eighth grade)
High School Division (freshman–senior)
Each submission was reviewed using three criteria:
First Impression: how powerful is the first impression of your work?
Originality and Creativity: to what degree of originality and creativity does your work have?
Artist’s Perspective: does your voice embodies a distinct style that is uniquely yours. It is a blend of your perspective, the materials you use, your techniques, chosen themes, and color choices, all combined in a manner that distinctly reflects your personal touch, distinguishable as your work and no one else’s?
