This gentle gathering is focused on slowing down on purpose. You’ll create a handmade herbal sleep satchel for your pillow, blended with calming herbs to help quiet the mind and invite deeper rest.
We’ll talk about intentional rest, nervous system calming, and how to let your body soften into sleep without force. Each guest will leave with their own herbal pillow pouch to take home.
