Community Yoga: Donation Based- 10% of Donations go to South MI Food Bank

Join Apral, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, for a supportive community hatha yoga class. Start with invitational sharing in a safe space to create and support community, then a hatha yoga flow, breath work, meditation, and intentional rest. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never practiced yoga or if you have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome and encouraged to come.


10% of donations will go to the South Michigan Food Bank! I know we have donated to them in the past, but they need more help right now with the pause of SNAP.

Everyone deserves to eat! If you need help, please reach out to your local food bank or 211. If you are able to donate your time, labor, or money to a local food bank, they would greatly appreaciate it!
