CALM Conversations Suicide Prevention Workshop

This free 90-minute, introductory suicide prevention workshop helps participants recognize warning signs, engage in supportive, non-judgmental conversations, and learn practical ways to reduce risk for someone who may be thinking about suicide. No prior mental health or suicide prevention training is required.

CALM (Counseling on Access to Lethal Means) Conversations is part of Aspirus Health’s systemwide suicide prevention efforts led by Behavioral Health, Trauma, and Community Health Improvement.
