Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Unwind deeply in this nurturing candlelit restorative yoga class, designed to soothe the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.

Each posture will be supported by props and gentle holds to invite stillness and ease, while calming candlelight sets the tone for inner peace.

Led by experienced yoga teacher Erika Fritz (E-CYT 500), optional hands-on Reiki healing will be offered to assist your energetic balance and emotional well-being.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a tranquil space to rest, restore, and reconnect to your breath and body.
