- **Event Description**: BE YOUR VALENTINE! Celebrate love in its purest form, self-love! Join us for this two hour workshop where Masha will guide you through a slowed-down YinYoga practice - by holding poses for 2-8 minutes, time and gravity will allow you to deepen your stretch, elongate your fascia, and release your ligaments. 

We will end with an extra long savasana where Alex will use acupuncture to complement the yoga practice, encourage continued energy flow throughout the body and promote deep relaxation. 

You will leave this workshop feeling relaxes, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world! The room will be cozy warm but not hot. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early to grab your spot. We will begin with a short meditation to calm the nervous system, flow through a yin yoga sequence and the last 30-minutes will be a peaceful savasana with 3-6 pins per person. 

No experience is necessary- all are welcome!
