B Positive is a Northern Ireland–based children’s cancer charity supporting families affected by childhood cancer. Inspired by the journey of Adam Watson, a young boy from Banbridge who faced Acute Myeloid Leukaemia with remarkable courage. He sadly died from the illness in August 2022 aged 9. The charity works to raise awareness, provide practical support, and ease the immense pressures families experience during treatment and beyond.

B Positive funds and delivers a range of initiatives including fully equipped hospital suitcases for emergency admissions, vouchers to support families during prolonged stays, counselling for nurses working on children’s cancer wards, and hotel stays for bereaved parents who need space and support in the most difficult moments. Every contribution helps ensure that children and families across Northern Ireland receive compassionate, meaningful assistance when they need it most.
