Lake Country Comedy is making their debut at Van Ells-Schanen American Legion Post 82 in Port Washington on Saturday, November 29, at 7:30 PM, and we have a fantastic lineup for our first Ozaukee County show ever!
Headliner Greg Schwem hails from Chicago (please don't hate him). He's appeared on Comedy Central, VH-1, and starred in his own Drybar Comedy special "You Can't Quarantine Laughter". He has shared the concert stage with the likes of Celine Dion and Keith Urban. He is also the author of the Amazon best seller "Turning Gut Punches into Punch Lines: A Comedian;'s Journey Through Cancer, Divorce and Other Hilarious Stuff". He's AMAZING!
Gerry Grothues is not only a retired US Air Force/Air National Guard veteran, he's also an award-winning singer/songwriter. He produces Lake Country Comedy, and has made audiences laugh at comedy venues all over the Midwest, including Kenosha Comedy Club and Chicago's Laugh Factory.
Matt Burger is your host for the night. He's delightfully belligerent, and lots of fun. Matt's performed at Kenosha Comedy Club and numerous comedy venues in Wisconsin, and is a regular performer with Lake Country Comedy!
Tickets for the event are only $20 (plus fees) in advance or $20 at the door the night of the show. That's a lot of laughs for two rolls of quarters! By the way, please don't bring two rolls of quarters. :-)
