Join us at StarrFit on April 25th for a community-driven partner workout focused on inclusion, fun, and purpose.

We’ll have three class times: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 10:00 AM

8 & 9 AM → High-energy partner workouts for all fitness levels
10 AM → Adaptive class with a modified, accessible workout for individuals with IDD, Autism, or other disabilities

-$45 per duo (Adaptive Athletes are FREE)
-All proceeds go to local adult day programs in the Ozaukee area

Workout Meaning:

This workout was intentionally designed to represent the importance of inclusion:

31 reps → 1 in 31 children are diagnosed with autism
36 reps → Honors the previous rate of 1 in 36
500m run → Moving forward together—no one left behind
17 reps → 1 in 6 children (~17%) live with a developmental disability
57 burpees → Celebrating over 57 years of inclusion through the Special Olympics

This isn’t just a workout—it’s a reminder that fitness is for everyone.
Every rep = awareness. Every round = progress. Every finish line = crossed together.
