This immersive, heart-led training invites you into a deep exploration of Sound Healing—not only as a modality, but as a living relationship. Together, we journey through the ethos, pathos, science, and mythos of sound, understanding why sound heals and how it affects the emotional body, the energetic body, and the physical body.

You will receive hands-on guidance in working with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Indigenous Native American instruments, Shamanic Drums, and tuning forks, learning how to hold them, touch them, and commune with them as sacred tools.
Throughout our 5 hours together, we will dive into:
• The Ethos & Pathos of Sound — exploring sound as emotion, intention, spirit, and story
• The Historical Lineage of Sound Healing — how ancient cultures used sound as medicine
• The Architecture of Sound — understanding vibration, frequency, resonance, entrainment, and harmonic structure
• The Mythos of Sound Waves — the symbolic, archetypal, and energetic language of sound
• The Science of Sound — how sound influences the brain, nervous system, and subtle body
• Energetic Integrity & Presence — how to be a grounded vessel when offering sound
• Tuning Fork Techniques — how to use weighted and unweighted tuning forks for clearing, balancing, and harmonizing
• Communing with Instruments — how to properly hold, touch, activate, and build a relationship with your tools
• Playing your instruments with Confidence
This is a Level 1 (Foundations) Module 1 of 3 
Module One stands as a true foundation — philosophically, ethically, and experientially crafted to help you step fully into your own voice and essence as a sound practitioner, blending ancient wisdom, modern science, and intuitive artistry.
