Ready for a salty Saturday with diesel engines rumbling and history in every wake? Join the ATA 202 Foundation flotilla as our small powerboats cruise from Port Hadlock to Port Townsend. Riders, novice deckhands, and seasoned mariners are all welcome.
What to expect
Scenic 8-mile passage through Admiralty Inlet with Olympic-range views and a close look at the working waterfront
Hands-on seamanship learn line handling, basic navigation, and engine checks from our veteran crew
Floating history lesson hear how WWII tug Comanche and her support boats served the fleet and how we keep them running today
Community impact every ticket and volunteer hour supports STEM field trips, veteran therapy cruises, and ship preservation
Make it an overnight adventure

Stay aboard Friday night in crew berthing or an open stateroom if available
Help with safety checks, route brief, and morning line handling before departure

Departure small boats leave Port Hadlock Public Dock at 10:00 AM sharp
Arrival Port Townsend Boat Haven mid-afternoon (tide dependent)

Bring layered clothing, non-skid shoes, sunblock, refillable water bottle, and a Coast Guard approved PFD if you have one. Loaners are available.
