Please dress in layers and bring a refillable non-breakable water bottle, blanket, pillow, journal, pen and snacks. Cathy has thick, comfortable foam pads, blankets, bolsters, etc but bring anything else you may need for your comfort! If you are wanting a gravity chair instead of the foam pad, please advise when you register and we will have it there for you!

We will also have tea and gluten free snacks for mid-way through the retreat.
