We’re kicking off Week 1 of The Fitness Method Open with our first theme: SPORTS ?⚾️?

That means you show up ready to WOD dressed as your favorite athlete, team, or sport to earn points for your Open team and bring the energy to The Dungeon.

This year’s Open is proudly sponsored by @tainoviking, bringing even more excitement, prizes, and community support to the event. ?

We’ll also have amazing vendors on site for Week 1:�? Daddy’s Kitchen Ceviche & Grill�⚔️ Taino Viking
