Join us for a free outdoor community workout Sponsored by Iron Knight Gym; designed to get you moving, energized, and building momentum toward a healthier lifestyle. These workouts take place on the Second (2nd) Saturday of each month starting Feb. 14th at 8:15am at Tradition Village Center (grass area) and is open to all fitness levels.
Each session includes a guided warm-up followed by a 20–40 minute workout using bodyweight and minimal equipment. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to get back into a routine, this workout is scalable, approachable, and focused on helping you feel successful.
