Student WINTER Weightlifting Camp

Winter break is no time for student athletes to slow down — it’s their time to get ahead!

Join us Dec. 19–21 for The Weightlifting Method’s 3-Day Olympic Weightlifting Camp, built for middle & high school athletes who are ready to break barriers and take their lifting to the next level.

Student athletes will train with USAW-certified coaches from The Weightlifting Method, mastering the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Bench Press while learning the cues and corrections that make all the difference in adding 5 more pounds or 2 more kilos to an athlete’s lift that might be all the difference in them making it to regionals or states this season.

It all wraps up with an FHSAA-style meet to put your new skills to the test and help you feel more confident in implementing this new technique on the stage when it counts.
