Join us for an unfrogettable zoom lecture in The Village Church at the Museum with Samuel Wai on the RMS Titanic and the Last Dinner!

There is a lot of fascination about the Titanic. There are many knowledgeable folks on the subject but much less so specifically about the food and wine. My presentation is primarily about the food and wine service on the Titanic. I will also cover the origin of the menus and the personalities related involved with food and wine of the various classes of service. To provide the context, I will also speak about the Titanic in general, the night of the disaster and also about the ethos of the time, the Edwardian era. - Samuel Wai
