Rebounding is a super fun and low impact way to get your fitness going. We work on balance core strength, and of course fun!

You’re gonna sweat like crazy from all the lymphatic flow from the rebounder and you will wanna dance the whole time to some awesome music. 

This isn’t just a workout class, it’s a social fitness studio created to foster real connection, growth, fitness, right here in our community. 

All fitness levels are welcome- seriously.

If you can walk, you can do this.

If you want a healthy way to have fun, meet people in the community, make new friends, and get your sweat & selfcare in, come and join us.
