Our Wellness Director, Kelley, will be leading two exclusive sessions, with all proceeds supporting new weight room equipment at the Wardle Family YMCA.

? Memorial Day Boot Camp – 8:45 AM
Honor the holiday with a 45-minute functional fitness experience designed to celebrate your strength—at your pace! This high-impact session blends metabolic conditioning with strength challenges to maximize every minute and push beyond your typical workout.

?️ Memorial Day Weight Skills Session
Dial in your technique and build confidence in this focused session on resistance training fundamentals. Kelley will guide you through key movements like the overhead press, goblet squat, and renegade row—helping you improve form, choose appropriate weights, and train safely and effectively.

? $10 per session or both for $15
