Have you ever noticed your energy, emotions, or sleep patterns shifting with the phases of the moon? Ever wonder why you feel extra emotional around the full moon or why some days you’re bursting with energy while others feel sluggish? The moon’s cycle influences more than the tides — it affects how we feel, act, and flow through life.
In this fun and inspiring workshop, longtime friends and collaborators Kelly and Krista combine their passions for astrology and yoga to help you move with the moon — not against it.
You’ll learn how the lunar cycle can serve as your personal GPS, helping you understand your emotions, choose the best timing for plans, and bring more balance to everyday life.
Then, you’ll bring that wisdom into your body with a gentle Moon Salutation yoga sequence, designed to ground the astrological teachings and celebrate the moon’s nurturing, reflective energy.

Lunar Wisdom with Kelly: Discover how to follow the moon’s cycle to guide daily choices — from when to rest or take action to when to begin something new.
Moon Salutation with Krista: Flow through a soothing sequence that honors the moon’s energy and helps you embody the lunar rhythm.

Whether you join in person or online, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more in tune with yourself, and ready to navigate life’s ups and downs with a bit more grace.
