- **Event Description**: Our Mommy and Me (or Parent & Me) Classes are designed for littles ages 6 months to 24-month-olds and their parent to build a stronger bond while they focus on milestones like rolling, sitting, and early exploration. Through these shared experiences such as music and movement, parents and children develop a closer emotional connection, fostering a sense of security and trust.

These classes focus on bonding, sensory development, music, gentle movement, and parent socialization. It also helps babies with sensory integration, while parents connect with other caregivers. 

Benefits for the younger ages:
Bonding: Strengthens the parent-child connection.
Skill Building: Supports baby's developmental milestones like rolling, sitting and walking in a fun way.
Sensory/Art: Exploring colors, sound, and textures.

Benefits for the older ages:
Developmental Focus: Enhancing motor skills (fine & gross), listening, parent-child interaction, language, and social-emotional growth.
Activities: Singing, dancing, sensory play, and exploring different textures.
Skill Building: Simple movements, tumbling, rhythm and balance.

Activities are designed to strengthen the parent-child connection through shared experiences. It's a supportive environment to ease into structured activities, with no pressure to be perfect. 

This class is a 30 minute circle time with parents and children moving together with story time movements as well as stretching and dancing to soft, fun music.

What to wear: Comfortable, movable clothes and no shoes on the dance floor.

What to bring: You and your baby. We will provide everything needed for the class, but we understand certain comfort items that may be brought.

Please Note: Food is not allowed in the studio, but water is encouraged to stay hydrated. We do have water dispenser if needed.

Class space is limited so pre-registration is highly encouraged. Drop ins are available but once classes are full, we will close the doors for that class.
