Join us for a soothing beach yoga session where the calming sounds of the ocean and the warmth of the sun above enhance your practice. This class moves at a slower pace, allowing you to breathe deeply, listen to your body, and make adjustments as needed.

Suitable for all levels, our Beach Yoga class is held monthly. Come and find peace and calm, moving at your own pace and connecting with nature.

Prepare for the elements – bring layers, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat as needed (and swim suit under your clothes for a refreshing swim in the ocean after the practice). 

We will meet at Winter Haven Park located at 4589 South Atlantic Avenue in Ponce Inlet which is about 3 miles south of Dunlawton on A1A. There is ample parking as well as bathrooms and showers. Please bring an old yoga mat or large beach towel (you don't want to use your regular studio mat). 

Please note there is a new parking policy in Volusia County.  Residents can part for free but must have their vehicle registered.  Otherwise, there could be a fee to park.  Visit www.parkvolusia.org to get free pass.

Now live streaming the monthly Beach Yoga & Meditation.  Are you out of town or unable to practice in person on the Beach?  Do you prefer the comfort and safety of your own home?  Now register online and receive the link to practice along side us on the beach in the comfort of your own home.
