Understanding how these animals act and knowing what to do if you see them is essential in keeping yourself (and the animals!) safe.Join Mossom Creek Hatchery and Education Centre and Parks Canada Public Outreach and Education Officer, Joseph Daniels, Friday, July 19th for an interactive workshop to learn all about wildlife safety!This workshop will focus on practical skills for safely navigating wildlife encounters. Learn how to reduce conflict, understand animal behaviour, and use bear spray effectively and responsibly when needed.Limited space available. Registration required.Parks Canada is committed to raising public awareness about respecting wildlife and practicing safe, responsible behaviour to contribute to human-wildlife coexistence.The Parks Canada Coastal BC Public Outreach and Education team is proud to partner with , the provincial leader in preventing conflict with wildlife.
