Each workshop is educational yet playful, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and creativity in the kitchen.Children leave not only with their own delicious creations, but also with new technical skills, and a wonderful memory.In this class:The participants will learn how to make choux pastry in a demonstration format. They will then pipe their own choux and chouquettes.
