Hand Reflexology for Self-Care with Diane

Learn hand reflexology basics for self-care. Self-care can reduce the risk of burnout, reduce stress, and improve your quality of life. This workshop will provide you with some simple hand focused self-care techniques to support your ability to relax, release and renew.

Reflexology does have contraindications. Scenarios that do not support the use of reflexology - untreated and/or unstable heart, blood pressure and blood sugar conditions - phlebitis and/or deep vein thrombosis - being currently monitored by a doctor for a specific condition - the first trimester of pregnancy. Please do not sign up for the workshop if you have any of the contraindications. Be safe, be well!
