On the menu tonight:

Roasted Parsnips & Pear Soup - Inspired by seasonal produce, this soup has a subtle sweetness and a hint of earthiness, that can easily take center stage at a fall dinner or holiday mea.

Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Red Wine Lentils & Mustard Tarragon Sauce - A classic recipe that is impressive enough to serve at your next dinner party!

Warm Chocolate Cake with Cardamom Cream - The decadent richness of chocolate cake is perfectly complemented by the herbal and slightly citrus flavour of cardamom.

$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged during this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!.
