Cupcakes 101 - Chef Sofie- Cooking Class

HANDS-ON CLASS:

Bring Aprons and a container for your finished cupcakes

Your chef today: Sofie Zambas

In class, students will learn:

• Vanilla cupcake basics
• Buttercream fundamentals
• Filling techniques
• Simple decorating

Students will mix the cupcake batter, and portion into prepared pans. While baking, chef will share baking tips that improve your bakes.

Students will then make Swiss Meringue Buttercream, discuss consistency considerations for piping, and (optionally) tint their batch .

Each participant will decorate 4 cupcakes. Please bring a suitable container to transport your bakes home.

$129 + GST per person ( one ticket per person)

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.

No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
