It is delicious warm, but can also be served chilled!Maple-Whisky Glazed Sockeye Salmon - Sockeye salmon from BC's coast has it's delicate, buttery flesh embellished with the sweetness and slight acidity of this glaze. The original recipe calls for Bourbon and Chef Bruno will offer a more popular option with this Whiskey & Maple Syrup!Double Chocolate Whoopie Pies - A less intimidating version of Macarons, these petite sandwich cookies are flavoured with coffee and cardamom, adding a delightful boost to their chocolatey goodness.$129+ gst per person, includes class entry (please purchase one ticket per attendees).Want to save the Eventbrite fee?
