Tea and snacks are included.We'll be doing a type of breathwork called circular breathing. With this technique, we connect the inhale into the exhale, breathing continuously through an open mouth the entire time.In this session, we'll be connecting with your higher guidance and inviting this loving presence into any places that need it in your life, relationships, body, and work.I'll demonstrate the technique and intuitively guide you through the meditation.If there's anything coming up in your life that you'd like support around, emotionally or otherwise, please consider any intentions you'd like to bring to the session as it can be extra potent to bring an intention. And then see where your own body and spirit guide you.Every group brings a unique energy and experience.
