✨Yoga By Candlelight
When Gentle Warrior and Celestial Being come together, something special unfolds: an evening of movement, guided reflection, restoration and Reiki to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with your inner light.
We will begin with gentle breathwork and a short guided reflection to ground and centre the body before flowing into a soft hatha yoga sequence that invites warmth, presence and ease.
From there, we will move into gentle restorative yoga poses, offering space to rest in stillness and soak in the peace around you. The practice will close with Reiki energy healing and hands on assists, encouraging deep release and relaxation.
The entire experience takes place surrounded by the warm flickering glow of candlelight, creating a soothing and calm atmosphere.

🧘♂️ All levels are welcome. No prior yoga or Reiki experience needed, come as you are.
