Join us this Sunday for a relaxed community catch up at Flynns Beach, Port Macquarie - a chance to connect with fellow challengers, supporters and the Lifeline Mid Coast team.

Whether you’re up to date with your push-ups, still catching up, or simply keen for a coffee and a chat, we’d love to see you there. 
☕ First 30 coffees are on us thanks to Sandbox Café
? A chance to knock out some catch-up push-ups if you’re behind
? Celebrate everyone’s incredible efforts throughout the challenge
? Connect with others supporting mental health and suicide prevention

Stay for 5 minutes or 2 hours - whatever suits you! Feel free to bring family, friends, and supporters along. The more the merrier!
