Designed for people who live & work in built-up areas and for those who just enjoy the process of capturing interesting perspectives, if you work in busy spaces, or feel overstimulated by modern life, this guided experience helps you slow down without having to escape far from your daily life.

We’ll meet in a selected Port Macquarie urban location that will be sent to you once you have booked — streets, textures, architecture, shadow lines, reflections, overlooked details.

You’ll begin with a simple grounding activation exercise. Then I’ll guide you through a practical mindful photography method that helps you see differently — even in concrete, glass and steel.

Because calm isn’t only found on the beach.
It’s found in how you look.
