This is a Calm-By-Design session using photography as a mindful tool — set in an urban environment.

Designed for people who live in built-up areas, work in busy spaces, or feel overstimulated by modern life, this guided experience helps you slow down without having to escape to nature.

We’ll meet in a selected urban location — streets, textures, architecture, shadow lines, reflections, overlooked details.

You’ll begin with a simple grounding activation exercise to settle the nervous system. Then I’ll guide you through a practical mindful photography method that helps you see differently — even in concrete, glass and steel.

Because calm isn’t only found on the beach.
It’s found in how you look.

What to Expect

• A warm welcome and intentional starting point
• A gentle left-brain / right-brain activation exercise
• A slow urban walk with practical support
• Time to pause, reflect and integrate

No technical camera talk.

You don’t need a DSLR — your phone camera is great.
