This National headspace Day, we're creating space to practice doing exactly that, and you're invited!

Drop in for a few minutes or stay a while and explore our calming spaces, mindful activities, quiet reflection areas and phone-free zones designed to help you slow down and recharge.

Plus, thanks to Blue Cow Gelato, the first 100 people through the door will receive a free gelato.

No plans. No pressure. Just a chance to do nothing.
