Enjoy a seasonally curated set menu, each course carefully paired with wines from Angove Family Winemakers, renowned for their organic vineyards and more than 135 years of craftsmanship.

We are delighted to welcome Tony Ingle, Chief Winemaker at Angove Family Winemakers, as our host for the evening. Tony will guide you through each pairing, sharing his expertise and stories behind the wines that make this South Australian label so iconic.

From the vineyards of South Australia to our coastal kitchen in Port Macquarie, this collaboration is all about flavour, balance and the joy of sharing good food and wine together.
