Reserv Mon Songes Forest Relay Loop

Race Format

This is a team relay race made up of 3 to 4 runners on a course of up to 5 km.

Each team must complete a total of 5 laps to be officially classified.

Laps 1 to 4 are run individually (one runner per lap)

Lap 5 is special: it must be completed together by the entire team, crossing the finish line as one

⚠️ Important Rules

Teams of 3 or 4 runners must complete all 5 laps

The entire team must cross the finish line together on the 5th lap

Relay handovers take place after the finish line, within the designated relay zone

Each team must have one race bib holder

The race bib must be worn on the front

A cut-off time applies at the end of the 4th lap
(exact timing will be communicated once the course is finalized)

Relay exchanges are valid only after crossing the finish line and within the relay exchange zone
