The Winemaker's Table

Every great vintage tells a story, and this one begins with our first ever wine dinner at Teakle Wines!

Hosted by winemaker Liz Heidenreich, the evening celebrates the 2025 new releases, wines that capture the strength of our vineyards and the character of the coast. Throughout the night, Liz will share the stories behind each release and guide guests through the pairings, bringing the winemaking journey to life with every pour.

The night begins with freshly shucked Gazander oysters and Riesling before moving into kingfish crudo with Sauvignon Blanc and charred octopus with Rosé. The depth of Shiraz meets slow-cooked lamb and pearl barley risotto, finishing with petite desserts of Callebaut lamington, matcha profiterole and raspberry tart alongside Late Harvest Semillon.
