This is an LIVE Auction Only!! All bids must be placed live and in person at auction location during scheduled bidding times. A portion of the proceeds for this auction will go to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
Auctioneer's Note - We are pleased to again be contracted by the owners of Preferred Moving & Storage to offer by public LIVE Auction defaulted storage assets. Everything has been moved to the BWAHS event building in Port Huron and ready to be sold to the higherst bidder.
In this auction you will find hundreds of items that need to be sold to satisfy monies owed to the storage company for back storage fees. Some items will be sold individually but there are many large lots to be sold in bulk. You will find household and office furniture, some tools, exercise equipment, artwork, jewelry and watches, collectibles and decorative items, housewares, washer & dryer, shelving, nutcracker collection, large Christmas outdoor blow ups, Christmas decorations, electric fireplaces, antiques, bicycles, clothing & shoes, electronics, quilts, ladders, baby grand piano, outdoor furniture and so much more. Remember these items are not from storage units. These lots are from a warehouse storage company and some lots contain everything that was in the home and may be very large.
Doors to the building will be open at 10:00am for registration and preview on Wed June 4th located at 4100 Griswold Road in Port Huron, MI. LIVE AUCTION to start promptly at 12:00pm sharp.
Bring a friend, a truck, a trailer as many of these lots are very large and EVERYTHING must be removed from the facility by the buyer. There will not be a dumpster on site for use by buyers. All items purchased must be removed either on Auction day Wednesday June 4th or on Thursday June 5th from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Everything must be removed from the premises or disposal fees will be charged to the buyer for items left behind.
Refreshments will be available to purchase during the auction.
Auction Terms - All bidders must be at least 18 years of age and have valid state ID to register for a bidding number. We will accept Cash, Local in State Checks with proper ID, Visa, Mastercard & Discover (4% fee for credit card use). Due to the type of auction this is there will be no sales tax charged. There will be a 10% buyer's premium in effect for this auction. Everything in this auction is being sold AS IS Where Is without any warranties or guarantees implied or expressed. All items must be paid for in full before they are removed from the auction location. There is absolutely no online bidding or shipping available for this auction. All statements made day of sale take precedence over printed matter here in.
