Laura guides a 30 minute yoga flow while Krista plays singing bowls and gongs. The sound moves with you. Breath, body, and tone become one practice.
Then we settle into stillness. Laura leads a Yoga Nidra as Krista moves through the space offering hands on Thai Massage. You rest. You receive. You let the morning hold you.
Please bring your own mat and any comfort items that help you feel at ease. Think blankets, bolsters, an eye pillow, water.
No experience needed. Only an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
