FREE Thanksgiving Day gratitude classes

Please join us for our 10th annual Thanksgiving Day gratitude classes.

We will be a hosting a donation class at BOTH studios at 9am on Thanksgiving Day. All proceeds will be donated to Day Treatment/Night Watch’s gift fund.

Put the Turkey in the oven and head to either location to get some movement in for a great cause!
