Prepare for your session by wearing relaxing clothing and bringing along a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and bottle of water. Come dressed in comfortable clothing that is free of sharp objects that could snag or rip our fabric hammocks. Remove all jewelry that could cause snags or rips.


Arrive 10 minutes early to find your place and get instructions. Doors will be locked promptly at the start time of the session. In the event that you arrive after the doors are locked, DO NOT knock for entry.
