World Diabetes Day- Community Lunch and Learn

Save the Date! On Thursday Nov 13th from 12-2:30pm our Diabetes Team will be hosting a Community Lunch and Learn Event in partnership with the Community Northumberland Paramedics at the Pharamacist from the Community Care Pharmacy Port Hope as well as the Registered Dieititan from the Northumberland Family Health Team

We will be serving lunch in Room 205 from 12-2pm and you during which time, you can mix, mingle and speak to a variety of health care providers. We will also offer foot screenings, blood sugar checks and blood pressure checks.
