Bereaved Families of NS in partnership with Seniors Take Action Coalition will be offering a compassionate support through our 6-Week Living with Grief Program. This carefully designed program provides a safe space for those navigating the pain of loss, led by trained facilitators with lived experienced and the understanding of how it feels to lose a loved one.
? When: October 23rd- November 27th
? Time: Wednesday afternoons, 1:00PM – 3:00 PM
? Where: Glen Sampson Room, 156 Grandique Ferry Road, Louisdale, NS
What to Expect:
➡️Connection with others who truly understand your experience.
➡️Guidance and comfort from facilitators who’ve faced similar losses.
➡️A supportive, caring environment to share, reflect, and heal together.
➡️Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
