CASH BAR
There are 5 categories
•	Mild smoked seafood
•	Hot smoked seafood
•	Pickled seafood
•	Seafood chowder
•	Wild card seafood (anything that is not one of the other categories)
Cash Prize for each category: the total entries in each category will make up the cash prize in that category
To enter, send an email to malcolmislandlions@gmail.com with a subject line of Seafood Extravaganza requesting to be included in the contest and indicate which category/categories you are joining and the number of entries. -Entries are $10 per entry with contestants being limited to no more than 2 entries per category. Small cups for the chowders and serving “plates” will be available along with utensils.
Judging-each entry in a category will be assigned a number- Patrons will be given 5 different coloured poker chips when they buy sample/drink tickets, each colour correlates to a category and they write the number of their favorite item on the chip then deposit in a bin.
Venue will be open at 1 PM for entrants to come and get set up. You do not need to stay with your entries although you can if you like.  A small card naming/explaining your entry is encouraged. 
To Just Come and ENJOY!!!!!!! Bring your cash with you. Tickets will be available at the door and are $2 each  – samples will be 1 ticket each
