LAST WEEKEND FOR JANUARY OUTDOOR YOGA CLASSES:

24th Saturday* - 6AM SUNRISE CLASS will be replacing the usual 7:30AM class for this last weekend ((bookings are essential for this class - text me if you would like to join))

25th Sunday - 9:00AM (running as per normal at Battery Hill)

This space is for those who are curious about yoga as more than exercise — for those interested in the gentle discipline of showing up, practicing with care, and building steadiness over time with quiet consistent effort.

We move, breathe, sit, and observe — not to chase results, but to develop awareness, clarity, peace, patience, and resilience through the process itself.

It is not always easy, it is not always relaxing, it is not always what we expect, but it is worth it and you are capable ?

Whether you’re completely new, or returning to yoga, or seek to connect deeper to your practice you are welcome here.

- Arrive 5-10mins early to settle in, class begins on time.
- Class length is approximately 60mins (allow an extra 15mins as it is not advised to snap abruptly out of meditation) 
- Bring your own mat, water bottle & a warm jumper & socks for meditation (and anything else you think you might need).
- Payment is through cash or bank transfer: 
- it is $25 for a drop in class,
- pre-paid Class Pass discounts available (msg for more info).
- Outdoor classes are weather dependent, updates will be made closer to the event date. 
- Bookings are preferred, please message if you would like to join.
