10:30am — Depart for Port Fairy CBD (shopping) 
3:00pm — Depart Port Fairy, mini trip to Basalt Wines 
3:15pm — Arrive at winery for afternoon tea / wine tasting  
4:00pm — Depart winery 
5:00pm — Arrive in Hamilton
