The holidays are almost here and Impact Community Theatre has some magical fun for the whole family to enjoy before it’s back to school in January. Music! Movies! Magic! brings to life some of your favourite family movies, from the classics to the latest hits, with over 30 delightful songs and medleys. Whether you love Moana or Matilda, Sing! or Shrek, or if you’re a Frozen fanatic this show has something for everyone! Even more exciting is the amazing cast of 40 young people, aged 7 to 17, who will bring the show to life.
This years’ show features the classic battle between the goodies and the baddies so come and cheer on the good guys with songs like Shake Your Groove Thing, Shadowland and Everything is Awesome.
The cast features a wonderful mixture of fresh new faces and young people who have plenty of stage experience. Every child is given the chance to shine from our youngest cast members to the 17 year olds doing their final MMM.
Music! Movies! Magic is co-directed by Rose Cowpar and Leandi Fontini. Vocal Direction is by Jody Koesnel and Joshua da paula e Silva and choreography led by Kehly Booysen Music! Movies! Magic! runs from the 7th to the 11th of January at the Savoy Theatre in Adcockvale. Tickets are on sale now at just R100 or R75 for the 2pm shows on 8th and 9th January and can be purchased on Webtickets or at any PicknPay.
