All bidders will be required to fill out a bidder form prior to the auction start time and turn it in.
Winning bidders will pay the amount due, including the $100 cleaning deposit in cash immediately following the last unit auctioned.
Winning Bidders will have 72 hours to either empty & clean the unit or rent it if additional time is needed

We will be holding auctions at both locations:
2:00pm @ 1211 Evergreen Ave (Corner of Hwy 13S and Evergreen Ave)
3:00pm @ 3610 Plover Rd/2110 36th St N
