There are some places that invite you to exhale before you even arrive.

The gentle movement of the river.
The warmth of a summer morning.
The sound of birds overhead.
The feeling of simply being held by nature.

I’m so excited to be partnering with Take Adventures Everyday for a morning designed to help you reconnect with nature, with your body, and with yourself.

We’ll meet at The Farm by Beer Tree before beginning a peaceful float down the beautiful Chenango River. After our time on the water, we’ll return to the Farm, where we’ll roll out our mats for a 60 minute all levels yoga practice followed by a 30 minute crystal singing bowl sound journey.

This experience isn’t about being flexible or having kayaking experience. It’s about slowing down, stepping away from the busyness of everyday life, and giving yourself permission to simply be.

Whether you’re coming with friends or treating yourself to a solo morning of self care, I hope you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and a little more connected to yourself.

What to Expect

? Enjoy a peaceful kayak float down the Chenango River with Take Adventures Everyday.

? Return to the Farm for a 60 minute all levels yoga practice.

What to Bring
